If your order has already been delivered to our warehouse, the refund deadline has passed and your order is not yet listed as "Refunded" in your customer area, please contact us using this form.
If your order appears as refunded or we have sent you an email confirming the refund, but you do not see the value reflected in your account, please note that depending on your bank, the value may take between 5 and 15 days to appear in your account.
If this is not the case, please contact your bank to find out the status of your refund.
