When will the refund appear on my account?

We will reimburse your order within a maximum of 14 calendar days after we receive the product in our warehouse. When this happens, you will receive an email confirming it. 

 

Once the refund has been made, it may take a few days for it to be reflected in your account. This period depends on the payment method you have used. For purchases made with PayPal the value will be reflected in 24/48 hours. If you have paid by credit or debit card, the value will appear within 5 to 15 days depending on your bank.
