Is my product under warranty?

All our products are covered by a two-year warranty, during which time we cover any manufacturing defects. If the order was placed before 01/01/2022, the warranty will be two years.

In the specific case of products considered as 'consumables', such as batteries, filters, and other accessories, it is not possible to use them properly without consuming them. Therefore, the warranty will apply based on their nature and specific characteristics such as lifespan, charge cycles, etc. Thus, the warranty will cover, in these cases, possible defects in the product, not wear and tear from normal use, excessive or improper use of the product.
