I want to solve an issue with a product no longer under warranty
Here is all the information you need to solve an issue with a CREATE product no longer covered by the warranty or a problem not related with a fault or factory defect.

If you bought the product from the CREATE website, visit the My Orders section of your Customer Area. Then select the order in question and click on Manage Return or Repair. Select the “Repair” option and follow the steps indicated in the form.
