I want to solve an issue with a product under warranty
Here is all the information you need to solve an issue with a CREATE product still covered by the warranty. Please remember that, even if your product is still covered by the warranty, this only covers faults and factory defects.
If you bought the product from the CREATE website, visit the My Orders section of your Customer Area. Then select the order in question and click on Manage Return or Repair. Select the “Warranty” option and follow the steps indicated in the form. This link contains more information on how to do this.
