Does it cost anything to return an item?

If you request a return due to withdrawal, only the cost of collection will be deducted from the refund. These collection costs vary depending on the country:

UK: £9.95

Due to their weight and volume, refrigerators, air conditioners and wine stores have a special collection cost. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the cost before coordinating the collection.
