I have received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?
Parcels may be damaged during delivery. We therefore ask you to check your order properly when it arrives.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to tell us about any mistakes or damage to the packaging, as well as about any missing products. This will enable us to lodge the pertinent complaints with the shipping company. We therefore recommend that you keep all the boxes (including the outer brown box the product arrived in) until you have checked everything.
If this happens to you and the product arrives damaged or faulty, take photos of the courier company label and product packaging from various angles.
