Can I change the delivery address after I place my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared and you want to change the delivery address, you can do so in "My orders" in your customer area.

As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the delivery address. We will only be able to correct or add additional information. To avoid delays or problems with delivery, please check that your details are correct before making your purchase.
