I would like to change my billing address.
In case you need to change your billing address there are two different possibilities depending on the status of your order:
- If your order has not yet been prepared, go to "My Orders" in your customer area, select the order you need to manage and click on "I want to change my order".
- If your order has already been prepared, sent or delivered, we can prepare a new invoice for you manually. This may take a few days. To request a new invoice, please complete the following request by clicking on this link.
