I would like to cancel a product in my order.

You can modify an order as long as it is not in the process of being prepared. To do this, you must access "My Orders" in your customer area. Once there, select the affected order, choose the option "Order modification request" and indicate the product you want to cancel.

If your order has already been prepared, it is not possible to make any changes or cancellations. Once you have received the package, you can return one or more of the products.
