I would like to add a product to my order.

You can modify your order to add a new product as long as it is not in the process of being prepared. To do this, you must access "My Orders" in your customer area. Once there, select the affected order, choose the option "I want to modify my order" and indicate the product you want to add.

If your order has already been prepared, it will not be possible to make any changes.
