What is a pre-order?

Our products can be pre-ordered when the product is new and the pre-order option is activated or when the product is out of stock but we already have a restock date.

In both cases, we allow our customers to buy products of which we currently have no stock, indicating the estimated date on which they will be back in stock. This means you can rest assured that you will be the first to receive one and not miss out once it becomes available again.

Furthermore, pre-ordered products usually come at a discount to compensate the wait.
