Legal basis for the draw November 2024

1. Organizing company
   The company Woods & Go Design SL., with registered office at Polígono 4, P18. 46722. Beniarjó (Valencia) Spain, with CIF B98944986 and owner of the CREATE brand (hereinafter "CREATE"), organizes a free raffle for residents of mainland Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal (except for locations or areas where Create does not deliver products) who are of legal age.

2. Start and end dates of the raffle
   The raffle will begin on OCtober 28, 2024, and will end on November 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM, at which time participation will be closed.

3. Prize
   A €200 voucher to spend at Create will be raffled among all participants. There will be one winner. The prize is not refundable in any other form of compensation. The prize is non-transferable.

4. How to participate and raffle mechanics
   All customers who have subscribed, with their personal email, to Create's newsletter through the following raffle form between October 28 and November 17, 2024, will enter the raffle for a €200 voucher to spend at Create. Only participants signing up for the first time at Create are eligible.

To qualify for the prize, the participant must remain subscribed to Create's email notifications when the prize is awarded.

Participants who do not meet all the above requirements will not be included in the raffle. Any entries submitted after the end date/time of the raffle, as well as those that do not meet all the requirements, will be void.

5. Participation requirements
   Be a natural person, of legal age, and acting on their behalf. Corporate profiles or those representing groups, communities, companies, or institutions of any kind will not be accepted.

Persons professionally or personally linked to Create, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in the raffle.

6. Winner selection
   Among those who meet all the requirements, a raffle will be held. The winner's name will be announced on 18 November 2024 in these legal terms.

7. Communication with participants
   We will contact the winner via email to inform them of the steps to follow to claim the prize. If no response is received within 24 hours, a new draw will be held to select a new winner. The result of this raffle will also be announced in these legal terms.

To claim the prize, the winner must have an active customer account on the Create website.

8. Prize validity and delivery
   The prize is free of charge and taxes. We will contact the winners to request the necessary information to add the €200 coupon to their customer account.

9. Communication and promotion of the raffle
   The raffle will be visible on the Create website.

10. Personal data
    The personal data requested will be used to deliver the prize.

11. Responsibility
    Create is exempt from any liability for any damages of any kind that raffle participants may suffer due to any action or omission not attributable to Create during the duration of the raffle and the enjoyment of the prize, within the limits established by applicable regulations.

In no event shall Create be liable, including but not limited to, Internet connection failures, participant access to various pages or social networks, or other communications via the Internet, temporary unavailability, or lack of continuity of the websites through which the raffle takes place.

The organization reserves the right to resolve any contingency not provided for in these Terms.

12. Raffle cancellation
    Create reserves the right to cancel the raffle or the prizes without prior notice if such cancellation occurs due to force majeure beyond our control or misuse of the platform or the prize.

15. Acceptance of the Terms
    By meeting the requirements, the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal terms and participates in the raffle.
