At Create, we love to see how you use our products and how they look in your homes. Therefore, we may ask you to share these images or videos on www.create-store.com

These materials are mainly published on the product page of our website and an inspiration gallery to give our customers an idea of the real uses of Create products. In some cases, they may also be published on the Create homepage, our social media channels, or our newsletter.

By responding to our request to publish your content, you accept the following General Terms of Use:

Publication of photos and/or videos in the Gallery

All photos or videos published on social networks tagging any of the Create social media profiles are eligible to be selected by Create to appear on our website www.create-store.com, in our newsletter, and on our social media. Your profiles must be "public" so we can see your photo. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.

Selection criteria for materials and visual identity guidelines

Create will select photos and/or videos that highlight the brand's products and best fit the brand's image and spirit. Photos and/or videos must clearly show at least one Create product. The selection of materials will be based on their size and quality, as well as their aesthetics. Photos and/or videos must not, under any circumstances, be contrary to public order, good customs, and current legislation. We prohibit any publication of abusive photos and/or videos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hate-motivated, discriminatory, desecrating, or pornographic. Create is under no obligation to use the materials, even if they meet all the conditions set out in these General Terms of Use. If your photo is selected from a social network, you will receive a comment from the official Create page on that social network. Respond with the hashtag '#YesCreate' to give your authorization and accept our current General Terms of Use.

Assignment of photo rights

Participants certify that they own the copyright to the published photos or videos, as well as the authorizations related to the image rights of the people appearing in the photos. The publication of photos showing minors implies that you have previously obtained the consent of their legal representatives. By uploading your photos and/or videos and publishing content in the Gallery, you agree that your photos and/or videos may be displayed on the following platforms: commercial website www.create-store.com and all platforms dedicated to promoting the brand (marketing campaigns, catalogs, social networks, and other customer communications). By submitting a photo and/or video, you authorize Create to have a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license. You grant Create the right to use, modify, alter, reproduce in whole or in part the photographs and/or videos, directly or indirectly, by any technical process and on any medium, particularly on its commercial website, in the various social networks where Create is present, as well as in the communication media intended for our customers. Participants agree not to take any action (even on behalf of third parties) of any kind related to the use of the images as described above against Create and any person acting on its behalf.

Request for deletion of a photo

You can request the deletion of a photo or video at any time. Each content has a 'report' button located in the lower right corner that you can use if you wish to report it.

Processing of personal data

Your personal data, which Create collects when uploading your photo, are used to integrate your photo into all the platforms described above and to ensure the promotion of Create's image. You can access your data, have them corrected, or request the limitation of their processing by sending an email to the following address: [email protected]
