How to request a return or guarantee
If you have already received your order purchased on our website and want to request a return, guarantee management or report any other issue, you need to activate a request. Firstly, make sure you've logged in with your email. After, access the “My account” section and then go on to “My orders”. Select the corresponding order and, depending on the reason you want to contact us, select "I want to return my order" or "Open an issue". After that, all you've got to do is to follow the instructions that will appear.
Once the request has been activated, you can check its status in the "My returns" section of your customer area.
