And this is our tribute to one of our favourite traditions: esmorzaret . The word esmorzaret could be translated as “small mid-morning snack”, but there's nothing small about it. This Valencian gastronomic tradition is neither a breakfast nor a lunch, it is a meal that is repeated every morning.
