Instructions
- Prepare a cup of espresso.
- Pour it into the cup where you will serve the Viennese coffee.
- Pour the milk into your frother and select the program to heat the milk.
- If desired, in addition to heating, use the frothing program.
- Slowly pour the milk over the coffee, allowing the foam to accumulate on top.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder over the cream.
- Serve immediately while hot. Pair with a small treat, like a cookie or a piece of chocolate, for a complete experience.
