A good pasta dish never fails. This carbonara is a different version, because, when prepared with soya cream and shiitake mushrooms, it has a unique taste. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 handfuls of shiitake mushrooms
- 400 ml soya cream
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Open the Chefbot and place the stir paddle accessory.
- Add the shiitakes, the garlic slices and the chopped onion with a generous drizzle of olive oil.
- Close the Chefbot and activate the manual mode, 8 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
- When finished, add the soya cream together with 2 pinches of black pepper and another 2 of salt at 80°C, 15 minutes at speed 1.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 6-8 minutes.
- When the Chefbot is finished, mix the sauce with the pasta and serve hot.
