Tuna pasties are one of the most classic and basic recipes in Spanish cuisine. And thanks to our oil-free air fryer they will make a delicious and less caloric appetizer.

Ingredients
- 130 g tuna in olive oil
- 80 grams of fried tomato
- 40 grams of pitted olives
- 1 boiled egg
- 16 small pastry wafers
Instructions
- Chop the tuna, tomato, olives and egg and mix. Set aside.
- Spread the pastry wafers on a smooth surface. Fill the wafers with the previous mixture. Close the pastry and, with the help of a fork, fix both sides.
- Place the pasties in the air fryer so that they do not overlap. Spray a little olive oil on them.
- Cook each batch of pasties for 7 minutes at 200 degrees.
