There’s nothing better than having time to sit down and enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet. Being able to enjoy our free time without having to worry about our responsibilities is one of the best feelings. This is why this recipe has a dual function. First, you can make a larger quantity of cherry tomatoes to have a perfect garnish for your dinner bowls or plates. Secondly, it’s a complete and delicious meal that you can enjoy at any time.

- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 dash of EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- 200 g ricotta
- 1 dash of honey.
- 1 large slice of bread.
Instructions
- Place the cherry tomatoes in the fryer basket and add the drizzle of oil and all the spices, except the ricotta, honey and bread.
- Programme the fryer for 12 minutes at 200°C and open the basket halfway through cooking to stir well so the tomatoes are well cooked on both sides.
- While the tomatoes are cooking, toast the bread and prepare the ricotta. All we need to do is stir it well and add a pinch of salt.
- Spread the ricotta on the toast and, once your tomatoes are ready, put the cherry tomatoes on top. Drizzle some honey on them and enjoy this delicious cherry tomato toast!
