- ½ green apple (cleaned and chopped)
- 3 pitted and chopped medjool dates

- Open the mixing compartment and add 400 ml of almond milk, 35 g of washed baby spinach, ½ washed and chopped green apple, 3 pitted and chopped medjool dates, 1
- pinch of salt. Close the mixing compartment.
- Open the mixing compartment and add 35 g of washed baby spinach, ½ washed and chopped green apple, 3 pitted and chopped medjool dates, 1 pinch of salt, 40 g of almonds, 400 ml of filtered water. Close the mixing compartment.
- Press the menu button until the “Milkshake” programme is selected. The light will flash.
- Press the “Start” button and it will be ready in 3 minutes.
- Fill the filtered water tank up to the 1 litre water level for automatic cleaning.
