Sliced bread is very tender and perfect for making toast or sandwiches (special mention to those with melted cheese). To achieve this texture it is very common to use milk, butter and a lot of sugar; but today we offer a version with olive oil, perfect for those who cannot or do not want dairy, to prepare it in their DEPAN Bread maker. This is one of the few breads that we should keep in a plastic bag and not a cloth, as its crust is very tender and exposure to air would dry it out quickly.
