A refreshing cod dish cooked at a low temperature, packed with spectacular
flavour and texture, as well as being healthy and easy to prepare
at home. This cooking method offers additional benefits, cares for the

- 4 loins slow cooked cod
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 8 shallots
- 1 tspn salt
- 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 40 g coriander
- black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare each piece of cod. Brush with olive oil and pepper. Place each loin in film and make individual pouches.
- Weigh 500 g water in the Chefbot workbowl.
- Set to automatic slow cook, 14 minutes, 50-55 degrees. Wait for the water to reach the desired temperature.
- Introduce the cod pouches that you want to cook into the water.
- Stop the Chefbot and insert the flat steam basket after 8 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and season. Close the lid.
- Once the cod is cooked, use the pusher to remove the basket.
- Remove the cod from the film.
- Place the cod on a plate or in a bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Finally, drizzle with olive oil and fresh chopped coriander and dill.
