- 1 pork loin
- 1/2 small onion
- 12 basil leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 60 g white bread
- 25 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin in two and season with salt and pepper In a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, sear the tenderloin on all sides over a high heat. Set aside.
- Place the knife attachment on the Chefbot. Add 1/2 quartered onion, 12 basil leaves, a peeled clove of garlic, 50 g grated Parmesan cheese, 60 g crumbled white bread, 25 g butter, a little salt and pepper. Grind everything to a paste. Programme 30 seconds on speed 6.
- Place the fillets on a baking tray and spread the topping over the surface
- 4.Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
