This recipe for salmon in cider is a very simple recipe that can be prepared with just a few ingredients. This time we use the steam technique to prepare the salmon, but you can also grill the salmon. The cider gives the sauce a very special flavour and goes very well with this fish.

- 800 g salmon fillets
- 500 g cider
- 50 g red pepper
- 100 g onion
- 30 g olive oil
- 400 g cream
- 2 teaspoon flour
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the blade in the food processor, add the onion and red pepper. Program on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
- add the oil and, using a spatula, remove the pieces of vegetable that stick to the walls and lid of the food processor. Cook for 8 minutes at 100º speed 1.
- Add the cider and place the steamer basket in which you will place the salmon fillets. Steam the programme for 20 minutes.
- remove the steamer basket and set the salmon aside, add the cream, salt, pepper and two tablespoons of flour to the sauce. Cook at 100º for 10 minutes on speed 1.
- Finally, finely purée the sauce for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- Serve the salmon with the sauce.
