Did you know that your air fryer can be used to make more than just vegetables, meat, fish and biscuits? Well, you can actually use it to prepare an infinite number of recipes, including our favourite Italian recipe par excellence: the Pizza Margherita.

Ingredients
- Pizza dough (the type of your choice, bought from the supermarket, fresh from your local bakery or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 of puréed tomato (we recommend Mutti pizza sauce)
- Salt
- 1 ball of mozzarella cheese
- basil leaves
Instructions
- On a clean, floured surface, stretch out the pizza dough with your hands.
- The dough should be the same size as the low mould of our air fryer accessories.
- Put the dough into the mould and grease with oil.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the pizza and spread it evenly with a spoon, leaving 1 cm of the edge uncovered.
- Add half of the mozzarella to the pizza and cook at 200°C for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the fryer and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
