Pineapple is a delicious base to prepare a juice with, since it has the perfect sweetness and acidity to add citrus fruits, aromatic plants and particular spices such as ginger. The previously hydrated chia seeds provide a satiating effect, thanks to their high fibre content.

Ingredients
- 3 slices of pineapple (600 g)
- 2 limes (160g)
- About 3-5 basil leaf branches (25 g)
- A ginger root tip (2 cm)
- One teaspoon of chia seeds ( 6 g)
Instructions
- Hydrate the chia with a ¼ glass of water for 20 minutes.
- Blend the pineapple, limes -unpeeled, as they have so little white that they are not bitter, and the skin is very aromatic-, ginger and basil with the Slow Juicer Wonderbit
- If there’s water left over, drain the chia with a fine mesh strainer. If not, add it directly to the juice and serve.
