A mousse is a dessert with an egg-white base mounted in a snowy spot. The fruit mousse is refreshing and deliciously light. A peach mousse is always a different dessert and a special way of eating fruit.

Ingredients
- 300 g peaches (frozen)
- 100 g sugar
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- 2 cold egg whites
Instructions
- Freeze peaches in pieces in advance (3-5 hours).
- In the Chefbot, with the glass well dried and the blade accessory, spray the sugar for 10 seconds at speed 9.
- Add the frozen peaches.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Crush for 30 seconds at speed 8.
- Check that the fruit is completely crushed.
- Use the spatula to collect the remains stuck to the walls of the glass.
- Switch to the whisk accessory.
- Add the cold egg whites.
- Programme 4 minutes, speed 4.
- Finally serve in glasses and add some fresh aromatic leaves such as mint or peppermint.
