Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 g oat flour
- 5 g cinnamon powder
- 180 ml whole milk or vegetable drink
- ½ teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
- 20 g coconut oil
Instructions
- Put the blade accessory on the Chefbot. Add all the ingredients, except the coconut oil, the fruit and the honey. Program 20 seconds at speed 5.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat half a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium-high heat and add the mixture so that it takes up the entire surface of the frying pan.
- When bubbles start to appear move the pan so that the pancake slides. If it slides, it is ready to be turned over.
- Place honey, melted chocolate, yogurt and all kinds of fruit on top.
