OATMEAL PANCAKES

Who doesn’t like this delicious breakfast or snack with melted chocolate and fresh fruit? We bring you a healthy option of classic American pancakes, made with real ingredients, without additives and that you can enjoy whenever you want. Why not establish a tradition of having healthy pancakes for breakfast at the weekend?

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g oat flour
  • 5 g cinnamon powder
  • 180 ml whole milk or vegetable drink
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
  • 20 g coconut oil

Instructions

  • Put the blade accessory on the Chefbot. Add all the ingredients, except the coconut oil, the fruit and the honey. Program 20 seconds at speed 5.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, heat half a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium-high heat and add the mixture so that it takes up the entire surface of the frying pan.
  • When bubbles start to appear move the pan so that the pancake slides. If it slides, it is ready to be turned over.
  • Place honey, melted chocolate, yogurt and all kinds of fruit on top.
