There is no Christmas without nougat, so enjoy it in a different way with this coulant. Inside it has an explosion of soft and intense nougat. The best thing is that you can freeze the preparation in the mould and bake it whenever you want.

Ingredients
- Soft almond nougat 200 g
- Eggs 4
- Brown sugar 80 g
- Wheat flour 100 g
- Butter 15 g
- Flour 15 g
Instructions
- Add the 100 g of wheat flour to the glass of the Chefbot with the stir paddle accessory and toast for 10 minutes at 80°C and speed 3.
- Add the eggs, sugar and nougat to the glass with the blade accessory and blend for 15 seconds at speed 7.
- Grease 4 small moulds with butter and then a little flour.
- Fill ¾ parts of the moulds with the dough and freeze for at least 5 hours covered with film.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, carefully remove from the mould and serve hot.
