Mulled wine is a traditional Christmas drink consumed in countries where winters are particularly cold. It is a sweet and rich drink, very comforting and aromatic, which is perfect to serve during the festive season or at gatherings with friends. Everyone can customise it according to their taste, adapting the spices and adding more or less sugar.

- 750 ml red wine
- 70 g panela sugar
- 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 8 cardamoms
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 apple
- 2 cloves
Instructions
- Put the stirring attachment in the bowl and add all the ingredients listed. Slightly crush the cardamoms and only add the orange peel without the white part.
- Close the lid and leave the lid ajar during cooking to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
- Program 90ºC 30 min. V1
- Serve hot, decorating each cup with a star anise and/or half a slice of orange.
