- 700 ml milk
- Salt Nutmeg

- lasagna sheets

Instructions
To prepare the Bolognese
- Chop the onion and garlic and fry it with a little olive oil in a frying pan.
- When they begin to brown, add the meat, mix and cook until the meat changes colour.
- Add the pinch of salt and black pepper, add the crushed tomato and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
For the béchamel sauce
- Put the butter in a saucepan and over medium/low heat let it start to toast.
- The idea is to obtain a liquid with the colour and smell of hazelnuts.
- Add the flour and mix well with the hand blender until the flour is well toasted.
- Once you’ve got a butter and flour mixture, add the milk and start stirring over medium heat so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan and starts to thicken.
- Stop stirring when you’ve got a light béchamel sauce.
For the lasagna
- Place a tablespoon of béchamel sauce in our low fryer accessory to serve as a support for the lasagna sheets and begin to place them in this order: Lasagna sheet, minced meat and béchamel sauce until the desired height is reached.
- There should be a layer of béchamel sauce on top.
- Add the cheese until it’s completely covered. Place in the air fryer at 180º for 20 minutes.
