Pancakes are one of the most successful breakfasts when we have children at home (children of any age). Some supermarkets sell ready-to-use mixes, but they often have ingredients that are difficult to identify and are also much more expensive than if we prepare them at home, with very little effort. We can eat them with some melted butter and honey, caramel, syrup, chocolate or cream; and also – in a healthier version – with a generous portion of fruit and a dash of agave syrup.
