- 150 ml whisky
- 400 g condensed milk
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 2 egg yolk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl of the Chefbot. Programme 1 minute, speed 3.
- Strain and pour into a glass bottle with a funnel.
- Chill for at least two hours. Shake and store in the refrigerator before serving (keeps up to 2 weeks).
