Fancy an ice cream, but a quick and healthy version? We make it super easy for you! This cheesecake ice cream is not only delicious, it has no sugar or cream, and can be adapted to almost any eating style. All you need is fresh fruit, your favourite natural yoghurt and 5 minutes to have a healthy, easy and creamy ice cream.

Ingredients
- 250 g berries
- 250 g plain/dairy free yoghurt
- 1/2 tub of philadelphia/ lactose-free cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 5 lotus biscuits (1 for decoration)
Instructions
- Freeze the yoghurt and philadelphia for 8 hours. To make this process easier. Take an ice cube tray and fill some of the holes in it with yoghurt and others with Philadelphia.
- Mix the berries with a teaspoon of honey in a bowl. Set aside.
- Turn on the Helaki. Place a bowl on the food spout. Pull out the plunger.
- Add the ingredients, a little at a time. First a yoghurt cube, then the Philadelphia cube, then a spoonful of berries, then a biscuit. Press the plunger down. Repeat the same process with the same quantities until all the ingredients are used.
- Cut the biscuit into small pieces to place on top of the ice cream and enjoy!
