- 140 g frozen mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
- 1 dash of milk (vegetable or non-vegetable)
- 1 dash vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 dash of agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
Toppings
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon homemade granola
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Place the blade accessory, pour all the ingredients into the glass and blend for 20 seconds on speed 6.
- Add the toppings and enjoy!
