We know this is not an authentic ramen recipe, which is why it’s called fake ramen. For those days when you feel like eating something delicious without spending 8 hours at the stove to prepare the perfect base stock.

Ingredients
For the stock:
- 75 g peanut butter
- 100 g white miso (2 1/2 tablespoons)
- 1.5 l vegetable stock
- 100 ml cooking cream
Garnish
- Vegetables of your choice (maybe pak choi, bimi, spinach, etc.)
- Noodles of your choice (udon, rice noodles, wholegrain)
- Protein of your choice (we used panko chicken)
- Chilli oil for sprinkling
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the rice cooker and set to “Soup”.
- After 15 minutes, open and mix all the ingredients well using a silicon spatula. Close the lid again and leave the cycle to finish.
- Serve with your noodles, vegetables and favourite protein.
- Sprinkle a little chilli oil and enjoy.
