This pannacotta is very easy and quick to prepare, taking no more than 20 minutes. You can prepare it days in advance or even freeze it and take it out a few hours before serving. It is a very tasty dessert, but by no means easy, as it combines two good products: Nougat and cream. Decorate with pomegranate and red currants.

- 6 sheets gelatine
- 120 g sugar
- 50 g evaporated milk
- 400 g whipped cream
Instructions
- Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for at least 5 minutes to hydrate them and set aside
- Place the blades in the Chefbot mixing bowl and add the egg yolk nougat Programme 5 seconds, speed 7.
- Open the Chefbot, remove the blades and attach the whisk attachment Add cream and condensed milk and programme 6 minutes at 90ºC and speed 4.
- Add the drained gelatine leaves Programme 15 seconds, speed 3.
- Pour the mixture into individual glasses or tart shells2 to 3 hours until the dough is firm
- Serve with pomegranate and currants
