Have you ever heard of pitahaya, or dragon fruit? Besides its intense pink colour, this fruit has just as many properties and benefits as it does uses. We’re going to use it to make a very special iced latte, a drink full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects that is perfect for the mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of pink dragon fruit powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup of milk (if you use a plant-based alternative, we recommend coconut milk)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Heat the milk or plant-based alternative in the frother.Pour it into a glass with ice.Using the froth programme, add the milk and a teaspoon of pink dragon fruit powder.Finally, pour the froth into the glass of milk with ice. Ready to go!
