Hummus is a healthy and highly nutritious starter or snack. It is suitable for everyone. A recipe that accompanied by crudités or toasts will brighten up any table.

- 1 medium courgette 200 gr
- 500 gr cooked chickpeas
- 30 gr tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 30 ml water
- Salt (to taste)
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Sesame seeds (for decoration)
Instructions
- Place the blade accessory in the glass, insert the courgette cut into pieces, set for 1 minute at speed 10 and close the glass.
- Add the previously washed cooked chickpeas, the tahini, the 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of half a lemon, the 30 ml of water, the salt and the olive oil. Program 1 minute at speed 10 and close the glass.
- Open the Chefbot and use the spatula to remove any sticky residue from the walls. Program 30 seconds at speed 10 and close the glass.
- Open and check that there are no lumps. If this is not the case, reprogram 1 minute at speed 10 and close the glass.
- Pour the hummus into a bowl covered with film and put it in the fridge until it is consumed.
- Decorate with sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of olive oil before consumption.
