A new way to eat courgette that is not in a cream or on the grill. Get the best out of this vegetable by enjoying it in carpaccio form. Crunchy, tasty and fresh. Even those who don’t normally like courgette will fall in love with this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 handful of parmesan cheese
- Rocket
- 1 handful of pistachios
- 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar salt to taste
- Salt
Instructions
- Slice the courgette into very thin strips using our Chefbot slicer disc or a knife.
- Put it on a plate.
- Add the parmesan cheese, rocket and pistachios.
- Pour a bit of oil and balsamic vinegar, and add salt.
- Enjoy.
