Ingredients
- 2 spring onions
- 300 g frozen beans
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 600 ml water
- 1 vegetable tablet
- 20 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Peel the onions and cut them into four pieces. With the blade accessory in the glass, select the chopping programme (15 seconds, speed 10).
- Open the Chefbot and use the spatula to lower the onions to the bottom of the glass. Replace the blade accessory with the stir paddle accessory.
- Add a spoonful of oil and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes, speed 1 at 100°C.
- Add the beans, water and vegetable stock and simmer for 15 minutes, at speed 1 to 85°C, leaving the steam outlet cap open.
- Replace the stir paddle accessory with the blade accessory. Add 15 mint leaves and select the chopping programme (1 minute, speed 10).
- Remove the cream from the glass and leave it to rest for 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
- Add a few mint leaves before serving.
