- 3 medium potatoes
- A dash of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare a saucepan with plenty of water and salt and bring the water to the boil.
- If you like, peel the potatoes and cut them into the shape of your choice and pour them into the boiling water for 8 minutes.
- Once done, scoop out the potatoes and add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
- Put them in the fryer basket for 30 minutes at 220°C or on the chips programme.
- Halfway through the cooking time, open the basket and shake well so that the potatoes brown on both sides.
- Once the time’s up, serve as you like, with a fried egg, with cheese, with some aromatic herbs or on their own.
