Do you have leftover roast chicken or chicken breast and don’t know what to make? Don’t worry, we have the solution: chicken tacos that are almost as good as at your local Mexican restaurant.

Ingredients
For the chicken:
- Roast chicken or cooked breast
- Oil
- Hot paprika
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves
For the taco:
- 1/2 a vocado
- 2 corn tacos
- Pico de gallo
- Coriander
- Lime
- Sour cream (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and mix it with the rest of the ingredients, massaging well so that the flavours penetrate.
- Place a piece of baking paper the size of the bottom of the fryer in the basket and put the chicken strips on top.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C
- Once done, you can plate your taco as you like. Remember that you can also heat your tortillas in the basket of the fryer for 4 minutes at 160°C.
