- 1 cup of popcorn kernels
- 1 cup of white chocolate
- 50 g of dried strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Fire up the popcorn maker and gradually add the popcorn kernels in small amounts..Remove the lid and let the chocolate cool to harden.
- Meanwhile, heat the white chocolate with the two tablespoons of coconut oil in a bowl using a bain-marie, and let it melt while stirring
- Once all the popcorn is ready, add it to a container with a lid and pour the white chocolate over it, then add the dried strawberries and a pinch of salt.
- Put the lid on the container and shake well so that all the flavours mix properly
- Add a sprinkling of edible glitter for a touch of flair. Ready to go!
