This savoury broccoli, leek and bacon pie is a simple and complete recipe that will be a hit at your next family gathering. It is delicious cold or warm, making it perfect to take away from home. You can use other vegetables you have at home to make this savoury pie one of your star recipes.

Ingredients
- 400 g broccoli (chopped)
- 150 g diced bacon
- 100 g leeks
- 200 g mozzarella
- 30 g olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Peppercorns to taste
Instructions
- Place the blade accessory in the mixing bowl. Add the 400 g of broccoli pieces, the cleaned and chopped leek. Add the oil, salt and pepper. Program 4 minutes, speed 1.
- Remove the blade accessory and insert the paddle blade. Add the 3 eggs and program 4 minutes, speed 1, 100ºC.
- Open the Chef Bot and add the 150 g of diced bacon. Program 30 seconds, speed 4.
- Grease a rectangular baking tin with a little oil and pour in the mixture. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top.
- Bake in a bain-marie at 200ºC , 45 – 50 minutes. Heat up and down.
- Serve warm or cold.
