Have you ever heard of spirulina? Spirulina is a kind of algae. It is an energising antioxidant superfood that is ideal for dealing with stress and combating anaemia. This Blue matcha can be a perfect alternative to coffee in the mornings as it provides even more benefits than your regular cup of coffee
Ingredients
- 250 ml of milk or vegetable substitute
- 1 spoon of blue spirulina
Instructions
- Add the milk or plant substitute to our milk frother (up to the line indicating the maximum for stirring) and add a teaspoon of spirulina.
- Set to the stir cycle.
- Serve in a glass with or without ice.
- Add the rest of the milk to our frother and set to froth.
- Pour into the glass and enjoy.
