- 2 raw beetroot
- 1 medium raw sweet potato
- Olive Oil or coconut oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Similar to potatoes in a bag
- Drizzle with a little oil. If using coconut oil, brush the vegetables with it.
- Add salt, pepper or other spices to taste.
- Put the vegetables in the deep fryer for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200º.
