The quintessential autumn dessert is undoubtedly apple crumble, but perhaps we are a little lazy when we have to turn on the oven and wait for it to heat up before we can enjoy this delicious dessert.

Ingredients
- 175 grams flour
- 85 grams butter
- 1/2 Kg peeled and cored apples
- Brown sugar (150 grams for every 1/2 kilo of apples)
- 1/2 glass of water
- 1 small spoonful of cinnamon
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix the flour and butter in a bowl and crumble with your hands until you get a dough similar to crumbs.
- In another bowl we mix the apples cut into small cubes, the water, the cinnamon, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt and the brown sugar and stir everything well.
- Place the apple in the low accessory of our deep fryer and sprinkle with the crumbs we have previously prepared.
- Place in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- It will be ready when the crumbs are golden but not burnt
