Who doesn’t love crepes for breakfast? This recipe is perfect for brunch or an afternoon snack with friends or your partner. The orange liqueur sauce is a particularly delicious touch to these light crepes, as it soaks in just wonderfully. You can make them without the liqueur for a very similar, child-friendly result. To make the perfect crepes, we recommend using a large, non-stick pan. The amounts below make 6 crepes and can be doubled if you would like to make more. Bon appétit!
